Developed and produced in Austria, the e|1vet Analyzer stands for quality and highest standards in veterinary medicine.

Rely on the gold standard from human medicine

The system uses an all-in-one cartridge that enables a maintenance-free operation. Outstanding performance due to all advantages of direct ISE method, offered on a compact measuring cell using innovative thick-film sensor technology.

Robust and clever design with a compact footprint makes the e|1vet Analyzer well suited for veterinary point-of-care, clinics, zoos & reservations, and laboratory environments.

Enhanced Outcomes with Vet-Specific Parameters

Our e|1vet Analyzer measures ionized calcium (Ca2+) using an ion-selective electrode method. Why ionized calcium? Because Ca2+ is the biologically active form, providing far more reliable insights than total calcium. Research links calcium imbalances to serious diseases such as malignancies, kidney injury, and hypoadrenocorticism – severely impacting patient outcomes (Coady et al., 2019). Total calcium tests can underestimate these changes, making Ca2+ measurement essential for accurate diagnosis and monitoring.

To ensure unmatched precision, the system also calculates nCa2+ by adjusting the Ca2+ value to a standardized pH value, applying either a linear correction based on the species-specific pH value (nCa2+lin) (Mazaki-Tovi et al., 2020), or the method based on Thode et al. (1983).

Additionally, our system calculates the sodium-to-potassium (Na/K) ratio, a vital diagnostic marker. In dogs and cats, a significantly low Na/K ratio strongly indicates aldosterone deficiency, enabling rapid, confident identification of primary hypoadrenocorticism (Charles, 2003)

ALL-IN-ONE Cartridge

Due to the sophisticated all-in-one cartridge, the e|1vet Analyzer is completely maintenance free. All sensors, solutions and waste pouches, as well as all wear and tear parts are integrated into the e|1vet Cartridge.

The versatile sample input allows testing with sample tubes, capillaries and syringes without further adapters.

Smart clot detection, automatic declotting and self-diagnostic system checks ensure highest on-board stability.

Combined with the on-board Quality Control (oQC) option the e|1vet Cartridge sets high standards for quality and accurate testing.

Five Cartridge Sizes

Customers can flexibly choose out of five different cartridge sizes to meet their individual needs.

Depending on the number of tests needed, EXIAS offers cartridges with 50, 100, 150, 300 or 600 samples, each with 42 days on-board stability.

Accessories

e|1 QC MATERIAL

Beside the on-board QC option, EXIAS provides manual QC ampoules that improve operator’s quality procedures in the daily point-of-care and laboratory nvironment.

To ensure reliable patient results, three levels of QC ampoules are available.

All ampoules are equipped with barcodes for an easy data setup via scanner.

Capillary Tubes

The heparinized single-use capillary with a container volume of 50 μL is optimized for the small sample volume of the e|1vet Analyzer.

In order to guarantee maximum security for operators, the capillaries are made of break-proof plastic, and are hygienically packed in a dispenser with a user-friendly donator function.

Three Different Sample Container Modes

The e|1vet Analyzer offers modes for sample tube, syringe mode as well as capillary mode without any adapters.
